The firm is recognised for its strength in technology, digital and commercial contracts work, advising a broad client base ranging from fast-growing technology businesses to established national and international organisations.
This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of commercial technology and IT matters, supporting clients operating at the forefront of digital innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on technology transactions, software agreements, intellectual property matters and data protection issues.
The role
As a Commercial Technology Solicitor, you will advise clients on a broad range of matters including:

Technology and software licensing agreements

SaaS, cloud computing and digital platform contracts

Commercial technology and IT services agreements

Intellectual property and technology commercialisation

Data protection, GDPR and regulatory compliance

Negotiation of complex commercial technology contracts
You will work closely with experienced lawyers within a collaborative team environment, gaining exposure to high-quality commercial technology work while building strong client relationships.
Candidate requirements

Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
