The Role
We are working with a leading national law firm that is seeking to recruit a Banking & Finance Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work with major UK clearing banks, specialist lenders, and international institutions, with a strong pipeline of high-quality work. The team focuses on real estate finance and corporate banking, with opportunities to build relationships across the national practice.
What you’ll be doing

Advising on real estate finance, corporate lending and wider banking transactions.

Acting for a range of clients including clearing banks, alternative lenders and international institutions.

Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters while managing your own caseload.

Building and developing client relationships, with the freedom to leverage contacts across offices.

Collaborating with colleagues in other practice areas, including corporate, real estate and private wealth.
About you

Experience of banking and finance work, ideally across real estate finance or corporate lending.

Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions.

Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clients.

Team-focused, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines.
