Sacco Mann is recruiting for a dedicated Banking Solicitor to join a leading multi-award-winning law firm based in Leeds. Responsibilities
They are looking to appoint at the mid-level upwards and broadly take on the following:
- Draft, negotiate, and oversee facility agreements and other financial documents to ensure precision and compliance.
- Lead and take ownership of key transactions, providing expert advice from inception to completion.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, engaging in business development initiatives to grow the client base.
- Contribute to the strategic objectives and sector-specific focus groups within the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' qualified experience in banking or financial transactions.
- Experience advising on a broad range of banking matters, preferably with exposure to real estate or corporate finance, particularly within healthcare and living sectors.
- Proven ability to handle transactions independently, with excellent technical and advisory skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Property, Construction, Commercial, and Corporate teams.
- Enthusiasm for sector-specific work, business development, and building a personal practice.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality legal service with a proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach.
