As a Clinical Negligence Lawyer, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of spinal injury claims, primarily arising from Medical Negligence, with the support and supervision of experienced senior lawyers.
- Gain exposure to a broader mix of personal injury matters, with full training provided.
- Deepen your experience in high-value medical negligence and catastrophic injury claims.
- Support a leading national charity supporting spinally injured individuals.
- Be a part of a supportive, close-knit team with access to deep sector expertise.
What we are looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in medical negligence claims.
- Prior experience with spinal cord injury cases is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- A background or strong interest in personal injury work will be advantageous.
- A proactive and empathetic approach with excellent communication and client care skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the willingness to support colleagues across the team.
