Clinical Negligence Solicitor | Newcastle | 3+ Years PQE | Flexible Working |
A highly ranked Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their highly respected Medical Negligence team in Newcastle. Within this role you will work closely with a leading partner known for their work in high-value, complex clinical negligence matters, including catastrophic injuries, birth and gynaecological claims, cancer misdiagnosis and spinal and brain injuries.
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of litigated claimant clinical negligence matters.
- Assist on high-value, complex cases across a range of medical disciplines.
- Provide clear, compassionate, and accurate legal advice to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and counsel.
The ideal candidate:
- Someone who combines technical strength with genuine care for clients.
- 3+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence (Claimant experience preferred).
- Comfortable running your own caseload, including litigated files.
- Proven ability to provide empathetic, client-focused advice.
- A team player who is also confident working independently.
- Experience supporting on complex, high-value claims.
