Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters from instruction through to settlement or trial.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
- Maintain accurate time recording and ensure compliance with SRA and internal standards.
- Contribute to business development and departmental initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience handling Clinical Negligence claims.
- Proven ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
