Clinical Negligence Solicitor | Manchester | 2+ PQE | Hybrid Working

A highly regarded UK law firm, who are consistently ranked among The Times Best 250 Law Firms, is expanding its Medical Negligence team and is seeking experienced Grade B and Grade C Solicitors to join their Manchester team. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage a varied and high-quality caseload of clinical negligence matters from instruction to resolution.
  • Work closely with clients, medical experts and counsel to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to larger group actions and high-profile cases alongside senior colleagues.
  • Play a meaningful role in securing justice for clients.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence.
  • Strong knowledge of the pre-action protocol for clinical disputes and the CPR.
  • The ability to analyse and interpret complex medical evidence.
  • Experience using case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A compassionate, client-focused approach.
  • Membership of the AvMA, the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel or APIL is desirable.
