A leading law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation team based in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex, and often cross-border disputes for a wide range of clients. Clients include large corporate undertakings, global organisations and large governmental organisations. from major corporates and industrial businesses to global organisations and public bodies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
  • Managing a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
  • Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on larger scale disputes.
  • Offering excellent client service.
  • Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice and strategic support.
  • Playing an active role in business development and contributing to the continued growth of the Birmingham team.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial litigation.
  • The structure of the team is most likely to support an appointment at 1-4 PQE.
  • Strong academic background and excellent analytical and drafting skills.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple complex matters.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a forward-thinking, ambitious environment.
