We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable and growing Leeds-based team.
This role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload of complex disputes, with particular emphasis on professional negligence, financial litigation (including pensions), and substantial corporate litigation. At the same time, the role provides a healthy breadth of work, making it an excellent opportunity for those in the earlier stages of their litigation career.
You will handle matters both independently and as part of a collaborative team, providing strategic advice to clients and working closely with senior partners to develop innovative and practical legal solutions. The ideal candidate will be:

A Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE

Possess a strong understanding of litigation processes and relevant legal frameworks

An excellent communicator with strong client management skills

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive in legal research and case development

Confident, commercially minded, and unafraid to challenge ideas or think differently, with the common sense and interpersonal skills to build positive client relationships
