The role will include:

Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters

Advising clients on complex disputes and litigation strategy

Drafting pleadings, correspondence and court documents

Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution proceedings

Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service

Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development where appropriate
About you:

Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation

Confident managing a varied litigation caseload with minimal supervision

Strong understanding of commercial law and dispute resolution processes

Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills

Proactive, organised and commercially aware

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
