You will manage a varied caseload, work closely with clients to deliver practical solutions, and play a key role in the continued success of the team.

The role will include:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters

  • Advising clients on complex disputes and litigation strategy

  • Drafting pleadings, correspondence and court documents

  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution proceedings

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service

  • Maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development where appropriate

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation

  • Confident managing a varied litigation caseload with minimal supervision

  • Strong understanding of commercial law and dispute resolution processes

  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation and communication skills

  • Proactive, organised and commercially aware

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
