- Managing cases from inception through to resolution, ensuring high standards of client service and legal expertise.
- Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support client needs and share expertise.
- Contributing to the firm’s ongoing commitment to excellent legal service and professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with any PQE level.
- Proven experience in commercial litigation, although they will consider solicitors with strong civil litigation experience looking to make the move to commercial litigation work.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
