Sacco Mann is delighted to partner with an impressive boutique law firm in Liverpool, Merseyside, who is currently seeking a dedicated Commercial Litigation Solicitor with over 2 years PQE. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Litigation team, handling a diverse caseload of commercial disputes and litigation matters.
The successful Solicitor will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing strategic advice, and representing clients from varying backgrounds and sectors. This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Over 2 years PQE in commercial litigation and have trained within Commercial Litigation during your training contract or SQE studies
- Proven track record in managing complex commercial litigation cases
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Ability to interpret and advise on commercial agreements and disputes
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment with a focus on quality service delivery
