The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in London. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work, including large-scale development and regeneration projects, often acting on complex, high-value transactions.

You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers while also taking ownership of your own matters, gaining exposure to a diverse and sophisticated client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, investment and landlord & tenant work

  • Assisting on large-scale development and regeneration projects

  • Supporting on real estate finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders (where applicable)

  • Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team

Client Base

  • Institutional investors and investment funds

  • Developers and commercial clients

  • Registered housing providers

  • Lenders and financial institutions

Candidate Requirements

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in commercial property

  • Strong technical grounding across core real estate matters

  • Experience or interest in development and/or real estate finance work

  • Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a wider team

  • Commercially minded with strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Motivated, collaborative and keen to develop within a growing team
