The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in London. The team handles a wide range of high-quality work, including large-scale development and regeneration projects, often acting on complex, high-value transactions.
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers while also taking ownership of your own matters, gaining exposure to a diverse and sophisticated client base.
Key Responsibilities

Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, development, investment and landlord & tenant work

Assisting on large-scale development and regeneration projects

Supporting on real estate finance transactions, acting for both borrowers and lenders (where applicable)

Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team

Lenders and financial institutions
Candidate Requirements

England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in commercial property

Strong technical grounding across core real estate matters

Experience or interest in development and/or real estate finance work

Ability to manage matters independently and as part of a wider team

Commercially minded with strong communication and client-facing skills

Motivated, collaborative and keen to develop within a growing team
