Sacco Mann are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a well-established law firm located in Belper, Derbyshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a longstanding regional firm recognised for its quality legal services. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, lease drafting for landlords and tenants, and complex residential deals involving company buyers and sellers. You will be expected to handle all aspects of these cases from inception to completion, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, negotiating on behalf of clients, and ensuring targets are met with a high standard of client care.
- Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing commercial property cases from start to finish
- Experience in sales and purchases, lease drafting, and complex residential transactions involving companies
- Ability to prepare, review, and negotiate legal documents efficiently
- Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet billing targets
- Good IT skills and sound commercial awareness
- Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive is advantageous, but practical experience is paramount
