A well-established and growing law firm in Greater Manchester is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Commercial Property team.
Working as part of a dynamic and supportive commercial property team, you’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners handling a varied commercial property caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience who is looking to develop their career within Commercial Property.
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will:
- Assist fee earners with commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and leases.
- Ensure files (both physical and electronic) are accurately maintained and updated.
- Support the drafting of legal documents and correspondence under supervision.
- Attend and minute meetings and prepare attendance notes.
- Liaise directly with clients and third parties to assist with queries and progress matters.
- Undertake legal research.
- Provide administrative support, including land registry downloads, search requests, file housekeeping and billing assistance.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property.
- Strong academic background.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive, client-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commercially aware and eager to contribute to the team’s success.
