You’ll be working on a broad mix of transactions, with the opportunity to take real ownership of matters and play a key role within a growing team.
The role
You’ll be joining a specialist real estate team, focusing on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and general commercial property transactions.
The client base is varied and includes retailers, manufacturers, leisure operators and infrastructure businesses . The work is diverse and often requires a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
You’ll be supporting a Partner while also leading your own transactions, advising clients directly on risk and strategy. There will also be involvement in supervising junior lawyers and contributing to the wider development of the team.
There is scope to get involved in other areas of real estate work, including energy and corporate support transactions.
What they’re looking for
- 6+ PQE with strong real estate experience
- Experience within a recognised real estate team
- Confident leading transactions and advising clients independently
- Strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
- Commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Strong client relationship skills and interest in business development
