About the Role

Based in Leeds City Centre, you will be working within the firm’s dynamic Real Estate team. The position involves handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, property management, and development projects. You will be advising a diverse client base, from prominent corporations to innovative start-ups, helping them navigate the full property lifecycle. You will also be involved in addressing landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and strategic estate developments. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to build practical skills, deliver excellent service, and develop strong client relationships, with opportunities to work across a broad scope of real estate legal services.

About You

  • 1-3 years PQE in Commercial Property
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, commercial approach
  • Ambitious and eager to develop marketing and business development skills
  • Experience acting for tenants in office relocations is desirable
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and communicate effectively with clients
  • A team player committed to supporting colleagues’ learning and growth
  • Keen to travel occasionally to other office locations as needed
