The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, working on diverse commercial property matters, including development, solar, renewable energy projects and estate work. Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial property work, including development schemes, land transactions, and renewable energy projects
- Advising landowners, charities, farmers, and institutions on property matters
- Conducting site visits and liaising with agents
- Providing practical, risk-based advice tailored to client needs
- Collaborating with colleagues via brainstorming sessions and shared resources
- Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
Requirements:
- Ideally 10+ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience working with landowners, estates, charities, or landed gentry would be desirable, but not essential for the role
- Excellent client relationship skills and a practical approach to legal advice
- Confident in managing varied, often complex land and property issues
- Adept at multitasking and prioritising work effectively
