About the role

This role involves advising on a broad range of property and development matters related to affordable housing projects, including land and property acquisitions, site assembly, estate set-up, and disposals involving complex and multi-tenure schemes. You will support large-scale site acquisitions, draft and negotiate key legal documentation, and contribute to business development activities. Leading and supervising junior team members will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, with opportunities to develop your supervisory skills within a collaborative environment. The Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses a minimum of six years' PQE in property and development law, including experience with affordable housing applications or residential development for housebuilders.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Has proven experience leading large-scale property projects and supporting junior colleagues.
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Shows enthusiasm for professional development and a proactive approach to work.
