We are currently assisting a friendly and innovative boutique law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, which is seeking a talented Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This role offers a flexible working environment, with on-site parking facilities and a strong commitment to accommodating part-time or flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance. The firm prides itself on embracing technology, maintaining efficient processes, and fostering a welcoming environment for employees, all while servicing a high-calibre client base.
About the firm
This boutique law firm boasts a reputation for providing high-quality legal services to a discerning client base, including high-net-worth individuals and property investors (both domestic and international) with extensive portfolios, as well as developers. They actively invest in technology and process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality in their services. The firm’s approachable and supportive culture makes it an excellent environment for professional growth and development, particularly for those looking to broaden their expertise in commercial property.
About the role
The successful candidate will handle a mixture of residential and commercial property matters. On the residential side, the firm typically acts for high-net-worth individuals and investors with significant portfolios, rather than day-to-day high street conveyancing matters. They also handle the full range of commercial real estate work, including interesting development projects. Candidates with a background in either residential conveyancing or commercial property are encouraged to apply. For residential property lawyers, the firm is committed to supporting the transition towards handling more commercial work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a busy environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property
- The firm is open to a range of PQE levels and we would encourage lawyers at all levels of seniority to get in touch.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Motivated to develop expertise in real estate
- Enthusiastic about working within a friendly team and embracing technology
- Adept at managing multiple cases and providing excellent client care
