About the role
This role involves managing a diverse range of commercial property work, acting for a key client and taking immediate responsibility to deliver high-quality legal advice. You will handle transactions such as sales and purchases, development schemes, and property management. The position is suitable for a solicitor with at least four to five years of PQE, someone confident to step into an active role within an established team. The Ideal Candidate
- Possesses at least 4-5 years PQE in commercial property law, but could be much more senior
- Has experience across a broad spectrum of work, including sales & purchases, development, and property management
- Demonstrates a proactive, responsible attitude and the ability to work independently within a team
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow professionally
