We’re working with a highly regarded firm in Newcastle seeking a Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its established Commercial Property team.
This is a key role within a busy and well-supported team, handling a broad range of high-quality matters for PLCs, major landowners and offshore companies.
The Role
You’ll advise on:
- Land promotion agreements and options
- High-value leases
- Development and construction projects
- Sales and acquisitions
- Secured lending transactions
You’ll be part of a 20+ strong property team, with a broad spectrum of quality work. You can expect reasonable targets (1,200 chargeable hours) and all the support needed to achieve them. There is genuine scope to shape your role and develop specialist interests over time.
