Our client is seeking a motivated and talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic Leeds office. You will be involved in acting for international clients, negotiating leases, licences, and portfolio management documents, as well as conducting property due diligence for a variety of real estate and corporate transactions. About the role

Whatever your level, they will encourage client contact, allow you to take responsibility for your own files whilst working with others, both in Leeds and across their office network. The firm is open to candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and will consider multiple levels of experience as they look to strengthen their team. The Ideal Candidate
They are open-minded about the exact nature of commercial property experience you currently have; however, it would be helpful if you have experience of acting for sophisticated clients, where property is at the core of their business. It's likely that you will have at least 2 years pqe but beyond that, they are very open-minded about the exact level of experience, and they have plenty of high-quality work which would satisfy an experienced lawyer. If you are more senior, there will be every opportunity to assist in the management of more junior team members.
