This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters with appropriate supervision
- Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and leases of commercial property
- Assisting on more complex transactions alongside senior colleagues
- Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documentation
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Supporting clients with development and investment transactions
- Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters appropriate to your level
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents including leases and contracts
- Supporting on acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions
- Advising on landlord and tenant issues
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate file management and records
- Meeting deadlines and contributing to team targets
About You
The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their career. You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) with experience in Commercial Property (including during training)
- Strong interest in commercial property law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and professional approach
- Commercial awareness and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ambition to develop and progress within a supportive firm
