We’re working with a well-regarded Liverpool law firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving real estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on high-quality commercial and residential property work across Merseyside and the wider North West property market, with genuine scope for progression.

In this role, you will manage a varied caseload including:

  • Residential transactions and residential development sites

  • Property due diligence and title review

  • Landlord & tenant disputes

  • Property finance matters (desirable)

You will advise an established client base of landlords, property developers, investors, SMEs, and private individuals, delivering pragmatic, commercially-focused advice and building long-term client relationships.

What you’ll bring:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX (3+ PQE)

  • Strong experience across commercial property law (with some residential exposure ideally)

  • Confidence managing your own caseload independently

  • Ability to draft and negotiate contracts, leases and other transactional documentation

  • Solid understanding of Land Registry, case management systems, and LMS/InfoTrack/Laserforms

  • Strong communication and client-care skills with a practical, solution-focused approach

  • Experience with CQS accreditation or development/finance work (beneficial but not essential)

Why this role?

  • Competitive salary + benefits

  • Clear development path within a respected Liverpool firm

  • Supportive and collaborative team culture

  • Exposure to high-quality commercial property and development work

  • Flexible working options to support work-life balance

  • Opportunity to make your mark in a growing real estate team

This role is ideal for a commercially-minded property lawyer looking to expand their skill set, work closely with senior stakeholders, and develop long-term client relationships within a friendly, progressive firm.
