Our client is seeking a junior Commercial Property Solicitor (up to 3 years pqe) to join their dynamic team based in Leeds, with the flexibility of hybrid working. The successful candidate will be involved in advising on joint venture redevelopments, funding and development of innovative facilities, and structuring infrastructure projects. You will also handle the disposal of surplus estates, undertake sales, purchases, and redevelopment projects, and contribute to drafting standard documents for various funding and delivery mechanisms. - Qualified Solicitor with a background in Commercial Property
- Experience advising on joint ventures, redevelopments, and infrastructure projects

- Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
