Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including outsourcing, procurement, cloud services, and IT outsourcing
- Advising clients across sectors such as technology, healthcare, logistics, media, and manufacturing
- Working on matters involving agency, franchising, e-commerce, and distribution
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development through conference attendance, article writing, and client engagement
About You
- NQ- 2 years PQE Solicitor with relevant experience or strong exposure to commercial law
- Adaptable and commercially focused, with a solutions-driven mindset
- Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- Interest in developing business development skills and engaging with clients
- Familiarity with sectors like technology, healthcare, leisure, or construction is an advantage
- Experience in drafting consumer contracts or public procurement is desirable but not essential
