About the role
Within this Commercial Solicitor role, you will be joining a national team to work on both public and private matters such as copyright litigation, patents, trademarks and due diligence for a large client base, including:
- Governmental bodies
- The NHS and private medical organisations
- Defence security agencies
- International insurance companies
- Investment banks
- Large pharmaceutical companies
- Real Estate clients
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in data and technology matters, with a particular focus on emerging technologies and for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Skills You Need
Motivated and pragmatic with outstanding interpersonal skills, you’ll be a results-driven Solicitor who enjoys constantly learning and has complete autonomy over your own caseload.
- 3+ years PQE in Commercial law, Data or Technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Experience delivering client training or internal presentations
- Keen to take responsibility, develop business, and contribute to a growing team
