This role is ideally suited to a Commercial Solicitor looking to build their profile, develop client relationships, and work closely with established commercial clients across a range of sectors.

Commercial Solicitor – Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload of non-contentious commercial law matters

  • Advise on share sale and purchase agreements, corporate transactions, and business structuring

  • Draft and negotiate terms of business, commercial contracts, and terms and conditions

  • Provide strategic legal advice to commercial clients, SMEs, and owner-managed businesses

  • Support business development initiatives and strengthen client relationships

  • Manage your own caseload with autonomy while collaborating with the wider commercial team

Commercial Solicitor – Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with experience in Commercial Law / Company & Commercial

  • Strong experience in non-contentious commercial matters, including share sale and purchase transactions

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and technical skills

  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client management

  • Ideally some existing client relationships or following, though not essential

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload independently
