Sacco Mann are currently recruiting for a Commercial Solicitor to join a well-respected Liverpool based law firm who provide high quality commercial legal services to their national client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Commercial solicitor looking to develop within a dynamic commercial practice. You will work closely with the Corporate Commercial team on a broad range of commercial matters, advising SME clients, entrepreneurs, and established businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Advising on shareholder agreements and partnership arrangements
- Assisting with business sales and acquisitions
- Providing general commercial and corporate advisory support
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- 2+ years’ PQE in commercial law
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage files independently while working collaboratively
