About the role
This position involves managing a varied caseload of commercial matters, providing practical advice to clients whilst maintaining a high standard of service. The successful applicant will work closely with a highly regarded team, assisting on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, agreements, and related legal issues. The role is based in Leeds with the benefit of hybrid working, with flexible arrangements to suit individual needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Law, the firm is also happy to consider applicants seeking a more senior opportunity.
- Proven experience in handling commercial contracts and related legal matters.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team within a client-focused environment.
