You’ll be working closely with experienced Partners on complex, high-value projects, while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role
You’ll be joining a well-established Commercial team, advising on a wide range of matters across multiple sectors including retail, technology, manufacturing, sport, public sector and education.

Your work will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting on large outsourcing and strategic projects, and advising clients on day-to-day commercial issues.

There’s also a strong focus on innovation within the team, including involvement in process improvements and exposure to legal technology and AI-driven solutions.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across offices, as well as with other teams such as Corporate, particularly on complex and tech-driven matters.

  • 1–3 years’ PQE with solid commercial experience
