Commercial Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading team in Birmingham. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial work, advising both UK and international clients.
The Role:

Draft, review and negotiate a range of contracts: supply, distribution, agency, IT (software/SaaS), outsourcing, logistics, and consumer.

Advise on intellectual property (licensing, trademarks, non-contentious IP).

Support with data protection and privacy compliance (UK GDPR).

Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, including bribery and modern slavery.

Build strong client relationships across diverse industries.
About You:
-
Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE.

Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
-
Excellent communicator, commercially minded, and client-focused.
-
Able to manage multiple matters under pressure.
