A respected commercial law firm in Manchester is seeking a Construction Partner (or senior Construction Solicitor ready for partnership) to join its growing team. This strategic appointment offers autonomy to build and lead the construction practice, working alongside an established real estate and commercial platform.
You will advise developers, funders, contractors and public-sector clients on complex construction and engineering projects across the North West and wider UK market, covering both contentious and non-contentious matters depending on your background.
Responsibilities
• Lead and grow the Construction practice
• Advise on contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters
• Work on high-value regional and national projects
• Develop client relationships and support BD strategy
• Mentor junior lawyers and support team development
Requirements
• Current Construction Partner or senior Construction Lawyer seeking partnership
• Strong track record in construction law and complex project work
• Experience working with developers, contractors and commercial clients
• Ability to build client relationships and generate work
