Based in London, you will be part of a national group of over 50 construction specialists, working closely with colleagues across real estate, corporate, tax, banking and planning. You will play a central role in advising on complex, high-value developments in sectors such as housing, education, leisure, energy and commercial real estate.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Advising developers, employers, investors, contractors, consultants and public sector clients on non-contentious construction matters.

  • Providing procurement advice and supporting public sector clients on project strategy.

  • Advising on all aspects of design, construction and development projects.

  • Drafting and negotiating asset management and maintenance contracts.

  • Supporting infrastructure and large-scale regeneration projects.

  • Providing construction due diligence for real estate, banking and corporate transactions.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Contributing to marketing and business development initiatives.

  • Managing files in compliance with Lexcel standards.

  • Participating in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.


What You Will Need

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction.

  • Strong technical skills and the ability to apply them commercially.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and run matters independently.

  • Excellent communication, drafting and project management skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.

  • Flexibility, credibility and a proactive approach.

  • Solid academic background.
