The Opportunity
A leading national law firm is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its highly regarded Birmingham practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across a balanced mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, supporting major projects and high-value disputes across a range of sectors.

The Role
Your work will include a combination of advisory, transactional and dispute-related matters, such as:
- Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts
- Advising on procurement strategies and risk allocation
- Supporting live projects with ongoing contractual advice
- Acting on construction disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and litigation
- Working with consultants, contractors, developers and funders
- Collaborating with colleagues across real estate, projects and disputes teams
The role is designed to offer variety, responsibility and exposure to complex, high-quality work.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in construction law
- Experience across contentious and/or non-contentious construction matters
- Strong technical and drafting skills with a commercial approach
- Confident managing client relationships and working as part of a team
- Motivated to develop within a leading national practice
