The Opportunity
This is an excellent chance for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with 12+ months’ experience to join a well-established department. You will support two highly experienced conveyancers with a wide range of conveyancing files with a focus on high net worth clients.
Role Responsibilities
As part of a small residential conveyancing team within a wider real estate department, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Land Registry registrations
- Preparing engagement and contract papers
- Ordering online searches and landlord/LPE1 packs
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and payments
- Handling Land Registry applications
- File reviews, data input, file opening/closing
- Managing sales enquiries
What We’re Looking For
The firm is seeking commercially minded individuals, with strong communication skills, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent client care. You must have at least 12 months’ experience, ideally more, supporting across all residential conveyancing matters.
