This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer to step into a senior leadership role and play a pivotal part in shaping the future of the firm’s commercial offering.
As a key strategic hire, you will oversee and develop the corporate and commercial practice, manage a broad portfolio of high-quality matters, and drive business development initiatives. The role offers the autonomy to grow and refine the department while working with a strong existing client base and a committed leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Corporate & Commercial department

Advise on a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters

Build and strengthen long-term client relationships

Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives

Support, mentor and oversee junior team members

Drive business development and promote the firm’s presence across the region
About You

Proven experience as a Partner or senior solicitor in a commercial law environment

Strong technical expertise across corporate and commercial matters

Exceptional business development skills with a track record of generating and nurturing work

Confident leader with experience managing teams and driving performance

Commercially minded, strategic, and motivated to influence departmental growth

Qualified solicitor with established partnership experience or equivalent senior credentials
