Key responsibilities:

Supporting solicitors and partners on corporate transactions

Assisting with legal research, drafting and document management

Preparing and reviewing corporate documentation

Managing files with accuracy and attention to detail

About you:

Previous experience as a Paralegal, or a legal professional with Corporate Law exposure

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident working independently and as part of a team

Experience in a legal environment (Corporate experience preferred)

Proficient with legal research and document management systems
