About the role
Within this unique Corporate Paralegal opportunity, our client is looking for a dedicated and detail oriented individual to join their dynamic Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, due diligence, and transactional support. As well as this your day – to – day matters may include:
• Preparing corporate documents, including board minutes, resolutions, and transaction-related ancillary documents
• Assisting with company formations, Companies House filings, and related compliance and search tasks
• Supporting corporate transactions by managing data rooms, reviewing due diligence, and preparing summary reports
• Liaising with clients and provide day-to-day support to the Partner and team
• Assisting with file management, billing, compliance, and occasional legal content creation (e.g. blog drafting)
About You
The successful candidate for this Corporate Paralegal role will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a Corporate and Commercial team, has strong organisational and time management skills and is able to work well under pressure.
