We are recruiting for an experienced Corporate Partner to join a highly regarded law firm in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Corporate Solicitor looking to take the next step into Partnership seeking a stronger platform for growth.

Corporate Partner Role – Key Responsibilities
- Lead on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Handle company reorganisations and corporate restructures
- Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements and investment agreements
- Provide strategic corporate advisory support to clients
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Support business development and networking initiatives
- Mentor and supervise junior solicitors
- Contribute to departmental strategy and growth
- This role combines technical corporate work with leadership and commercial input.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Strong background in Corporate Law
- Currently at Partner level or Senior Associate / Legal Director with a clear pathway to Partnership
- Proven experience managing corporate transactions independently
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Commercially aware and strategic in approach
- Based in or willing to commute to Manchester
- A following is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate.
