Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Corporate Solicitor role within an award-winning, commercially focused practice who is looking for a someone to join their well-regarded team.
About the role
Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will be working on your own high-value, mixed caseload of matters including:
- Private Equity
- Equity capital markets
- Business sales
- Joint ventures
- Corporate reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements
- Joint ventures
- Limited liability partnership agreements
As well as this, your day-to-day duties will be to support on mergers and acquisitions, disposals of business, assets and shares, public company transactions and due diligence.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have 1-5 years PQE within Corporate law, wants to take part in Business Development opportunities to get their name out there, are ambitious with their long-term career goals and is able to provide clients with an excellent service.
