About the role
Within this Corporate Solicitor role, you will work with a diverse client base on high-value, complex matters that includes:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Private equity
- Sales and purchases
- Reorganisation initiatives
About You
The successful candidate for this role will ideally have 0-2 years’ PQE, is ambitious in their long-term career goals, has excellent client care skills and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
If you are at an NQ level, you will have at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level or have completed a seat in Corporate law during your training contract.
