The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll handle a varied and stimulating caseload of Corporate matters, including:
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Business and group reorganisations
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Corporate structuring and governance
• General corporate advisory work
You will work closely with partners, colleagues and clients, providing clear commercial advice, managing transactions confidently and ensuring an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
About You
You will be a great fit if you have:
• Qualified Solicitor status with proven Corporate experience
• Hands-on exposure to mergers, acquisitions and reorganisations
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
