The Role
Working alongside senior lawyers and partners, you will be responsible for:
- Running and supporting M&A and investment transactions from start to finish
- Drafting and negotiating key corporate agreements
- Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with specialists across the firm
- Advising clients on corporate governance and transactional risk
- Helping develop client relationships and contributing to wider business development initiatives
You can expect early responsibility paired with strong supervision and support.
About You
The team is looking for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer who brings:
- 2–5 PQE in corporate work, ideally with solid experience in M&A or private equity
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Confidence working directly with clients and other advisers
- A proactive and collaborative approach to managing matters
- A desire to contribute to a growing team and build long-term client relationships
Experience gained in a recognised corporate practice—regional, national or international—would be advantageous
