Our client, a prestigious Tier 1 organisation based in Manchester, is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded and growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading environment, advising on high-quality, complex corporate matters and supporting a broad range of strategic transactions.
The role will involve advising on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate advisory work, alongside drafting and negotiating a wide range of corporate documentation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, and play a key role in delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualification as a Solicitor with solid experience in corporate law

Strong exposure to M&A transactions and corporate governance

Confidence drafting and reviewing complex legal documentation

Excellent communication and organisational skills

The ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Experience in a Tier 1 or high-performing environment (desirable, but not essential)
