Are you a confident and proactive Corporate Solicitor seeking a new opportunity within a reputable law firm recognised as one of the top 200 nationwide? Our client, based in Lincolnshire and with a reach across the Midlands, is looking to strengthen their Corporate team, with a preference for candidates located in Stamford or Sleaford, though candidates in other office locations will also be considered.
This role offers a chance to work within a dynamic and supportive environment, handling a broad scope of transactional and non-contentious corporate work. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commercially aware mindset, and a willingness to engage in business development activities to contribute to firm growth and client service excellence. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of matters such as mergers, acquisitions and buyouts, corporate restructures and setups, corporate governance, franchise transactions, distribution agreements, intellectual property, shareholder and investor rights, corporate finance, and data protection matters.
The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach, organisational skills, and a readiness to expand into new areas of work, supporting the firm’s reputation for delivering attentive and comprehensive legal advice. The firm are looking for a Solicitor ideally 5+ PQE with relevant experience in corporate law, and confident in managing transactional and non-contentious corporate matters. Must have commercial awareness with a client-focused approach, strong communication and organisational skills with a willingness to contribute to business development activities. The ability to handle a broad range of corporate issues, including M&A, governance, and finance is important.
