Corporate Solicitor | 2–4 PQE |  Manchester 

Sacco Mann is delighted to be working on behalf of a highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor into its growing Manchester team.

This is a standout opportunity to join a thriving national corporate practice with an impressive client base and a strong pipeline of high-quality work. The role will suit a transactional solicitor with around 2–4 years’ PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Role
You will play a key role in advising on a broad range of corporate matters, with exposure to high-value and complex transactions including M&A, private equity, and capital markets work. Working closely with Partners and senior team members, you will be involved in transactions from inception through to completion, gaining hands-on experience and real responsibility.

Alongside transactional work, you will:

  • Provide clear, strategic corporate advice to a varied client base

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the team’s continued growth

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a nationally recognised corporate team

The Team
You will be joining a well-established and expanding corporate team, recognised across the North West for its deal activity and excellence. The Candidate
To be considered, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–4 years’ PQE in corporate law

  • Have experience across a range of corporate transactions

  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and attention to detail

  • Be confident, personable, and keen to build lasting client relationships

  • Show ambition, drive, and a genuine interest in developing your career long-term
