About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied corporate and charity focused caseload, specialising in transactional work, due diligence, and company restructures. You will work closely with senior team members to deliver strategic advice, develop new business relationships, and provide excellent client service. The role has the potential for hybrid working with approximately three days in the office, complemented by flexible working hours that support a healthy balance between professional and personal commitments. The role would suit someone wanting to move away from a traditional corporate environment, and focus within a more person centered caseload. The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years’ PQE in corporate law
  • Proven experience managing a corporate caseload independently
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Team player with a proactive approach to work
  • Desire to work in a friendly, supportive environment that values flexibility
