The growing Corporate Team is keen to hear from Senior Associates right through to Partner level, looking to become part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team handling a wide range of high-quality transactional work.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate, the successful candidate will:
- Lead and support on a broad range of corporate transactions
- You will be able to get involved in a wide range of quality matters, including business and share acquisition disposals, management buy-outs, corporate refinancing, advising investee companies, group reorganisations, and share buybacks
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to their development
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with their clients
- Play an active role in business development, both within the Corporate Team and firm-wide
About You
- You could be a Senior Associate or Managing Associate looking for a clear route to Partnership, or a Partner looking for a lateral move. We envisage that this will likely be a solicitor with 6yrs + PQE
- Proven experience in corporate transactions, especially business and share sales/purchases
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex caseloads and projects
- Confidence to advise clients at all levels
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a desire to grow with the firm
- A commitment to providing outstanding client service
